No Class Jan 20th, Feb 14th & Feb 17th. Monday's session on Feb 17th will be moved to Tuesday Feb 18th at 9:30 for that one week only.
Session ends on April 3rd before Spring Break.
ABOUT THE SESSIONS
Do you love the idea of joining a fitness community of women eager to get fit, have fun, and motivate each other?
Join our FALL FITNESS TRIBE! I came up with this name for my small group fitness classes because I want people to understand this is a community I'm building. We start and end the 11-week session TOGETHER. You'll get the know all of the positive-minded women in your Tribe and feel comfortable. We work hard. We sweat. We share stories. We get stronger. TOGETHER. Gone are the days of feeling intimidated by large group fitness classes. All fitness levels are welcome here.
Each session is a one-hour total body workout designed for women. No fancy equipment or long-term gym membership needed. We use resistance bands, gliders, a mat, and upbeat music. Variety is key so you'll never get the same workout.
