Sessions are held virtually via Zoom.
1 class per week = $100 for 10 Sessions
2 classes per week = $180 for 20 Sessions
Basic equipment needed such as light weights, gliders and resistance bands will be delivered to your home if needed.

Make payment via Venmo @Jessica-Munier or Paypal @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note 1 or 2 day option for Virtual Fit Tribe and provide me with your email.
Look out for an email or text message with confirmation as well as the Zoom link to join class.

ABOUT THE SESSIONS
Do you love the idea of joining a fitness community of women eager to get fit, have fun, and motivate each other?
Join our VIRTUAL FITNESS TRIBE! I came up with this name for my small group training classes because I want people to understand this is a community I'm building. We will start and end the 10-week session VIRTUALLY TOGETHER. This is a group of positive-minded women so if you are new, you'll fit right in. We work hard. We sweat. We share stories. We get stronger. TOGETHER. All fitness levels are welcome here. I design workouts I feel are effective for you and your Tribe by offering variations.
Each session is a one-hour total body workout designed for women. We use light to medium weights, resistance bands, gliders and a mat. Variety is key so you'll never get the same workout.
