At this time, most fitness classes are virtual and hosted on Zoom. Check back for updates on resuming additional in-person classes. Read below for how to sign up!


Virtual Fit Tribe Session

Monday's @ 9:30 am and Friday's @ 8:45 am via Zoom. Winter Session: Jan 11th - March 29th.


This is small group training community prides themselves on providing a positive-minded environment so all women feel comfortable while seeking better health. We are still accepting new "Tribers". I'm happy to pro-rate you. Dates and times don't work? Reach out as I'm ready to add sessions if the interest is there.

Wednesday's @ 6:30 pm

If you are short on time, this is the workout for you! HIIT the BEAT is a 30-minute Virtual HIIT Class with heart pumping music to move you, motivate you, and maximize your workout. $5 drop-in fee per class.

Saturday's @ 9:00 am via Zoom. $5 per class.

Free for members of the IC Stamford.


If you love a good party with international beats, this is the workout for you. The variety of rhythms makes this class so much fun. This Zumba community is made up of women at ALL fitness levels. All we care about is having fun together.

  • Make payment on Venmo @Jessica-Munier or Paypal @ jessica.q.munier@gmail.com. Please note what class you'd like to take along with the dates in the notes. Contact me if you need another method to pay.  I'm flexible!

  • Look out for an email or text message with confirmation as well as the Zoom link to join class.
